October- Down Syndrome Awareness Month

According to the National Down Syndrome Society, the month of October is dedicated to raising awareness and celebrating the many abilities of our loved ones with Down Syndrome. ðŸ’™ðŸ’›

This year, our special services department wants to spotlight individuals within our community who have Down Syndrome. We believe that every individual with Down Syndrome deserves to be recognized and celebrated for their unique talents and contributions.

🌟🌟That's why we're inviting all of you to participate in our "31 facts of Down Syndrome for 31 days of October" campaign. We would love to include pictures of your loved ones to accompany each fact throughout the month. ðŸ“¸ðŸ“¸

To participate, simply send us a picture of your loved one with Down Syndrome via Facebook Messenger or email it to [email protected]. By doing so, you are helping us raise awareness and spread positivity about Down Syndrome within our community.

Join us in celebrating the amazing individuals who make our community vibrant, diverse, and inclusive! Let's make this Down Syndrome Awareness Month truly special. Together, we can break down barriers, promote understanding, and create a more inclusive society. Thank you for your support!
